You beat me to it. Octavia is the company in Russia that was mentioned in a 
previous message regarding QSL printers.

FDS Graphics (http://www.fds-graphics.com/) in the UK looks like it can do 
a nice job however, they are a tad more expensive. They can put a grayscale 
photo on the back of the card along with the boxes to be filled in. They 
are one of the companies I am considering.
