[Elecraft] K2 Construction Question

Hello All

I am building my recently acquired K2.  Construction up until now has gone
pretty smoothly; Control Board and Front Panel are constructed and my DMM
shows that all resistance readings are within specs.  Came up with a
question, however, when I started on the RF Board.

K2 Manual, Page 33:
"Secure each fastener from top side of board with 2 chassis screws and two
#4 lockwashers."

A.  I pancaked everything like this: Chassis screw-circuit
board-lockwasher-2D Fasterner.  Is this correct?
B. Should it be Chassis screw-lockwasher-circuit board-2D Fastener?

Which is correct?  Does it make a difference?  Should the lockwasher always
go under the screw head?  I'm used to lockwashers always going underneath
the nut end of things.

Hope to see everyone on for WPX SSB next week.  No, I won't be using the K2-
I'm sure it won't be done by then.  I am seriously thinking of using it for
the WPX CW, however.
