[Elecraft] Building K2 with options in mind

You won't be able to test the base K2 without the KSB2 installed if you 
don't install the jumpers and capacitor that you will be asked to remove 
when you install the KSB2. You would be better off building the base K2 as 
described in the manual. Once you know it is working properly then you can 
deal with installing the K2 and the changes that are required.
