[Elecraft] OK. What did I do?

  This is a result of the new firmware.  You have somehow set, perhaps 
intentionally, the Fast Play option, which is indicated by an F switching 
with the c.  If you opted for Fast Play, you now know it's selected.  If 
you don't want Fast Play, go into your new options menu and turn it off.
