[Elecraft] Q7 resistance?

Just a question for the group:

I'm in the process of installing the KFL1-4 board in K-1
# 601.
In order to complete alignment,  I reattached R-36.  I had to pull the
bottom and right panels to get to it.  After reinstalling the right
panel,  I checked the resistance on the tab for Q7.    Manual says it
should be floating below
1 K.    I'm getting just over 5 K!!
I really don't remember what the readings were here as I
build the radio originally so I'm curious if this is OK.
Will the KFL1-4 make a difference in this reading??
4 band board and KNB-1 are installed as I check this.
I know serveral of you have crossed the road before so I
thought I would check and see if this is normal before
continuing.
