[Elecraft] green caps/black

I'm pretty sure my manual (Rev C) identified the green caps with the black
dot on top...If you need to know what it said let me know.

Hi gang

I have seen many questions regarding cap values and the little green ones
with the black cap . I did the proccess and near the end I installed the
known values til I had only a few left, then ID'D the last ones as best I
could, C-22 and C-23 seemed to be the only ones left so then it stood to
reason I called them C-22 and C-23.
If I am wrong I got it coming but I have been on the air 3 weeks or so and
all seems to work fine.
