[Elecraft] solder blob method

When using the so-called "solder blob method" of removing the enamel coating
from wire, refresh the solder blob several times with fresh solder during
the procedure to speed the enamel removal process.  The added flux seems to
accelerate the removal of the enamel and it assures the wire will be
properly tinned. While it may seem to be a waste of solder, the result is a
perfectly tinned lead every time without sanding or other preparation!
