[Elecraft] KPA 100 problems

I just finished the KPA100.  The install well quite well but witht he 
following problems:

1. I had a 33ohm resistor left.  It wasn't on the list of materials.
2. Low power on 160m.  All other bands are OK.
   One weird thing, that if I key up ant 160m then go to 80 m, I get a Hi 
CUR problem (>20A).  This problem only happens when I key up and immediately 
go to 80 m.  Any suggestions what could be going on here?
