[Elecraft] volume increase needed. sorry forgot to mention I have a K2

Hi Daniel,

This topic comes up from time to time. I have heard no definitive answer on
the low volume phenomena some have experienced with their K2's. I have the
same concern with my K2. I don't know if it's a matter of unreasonable
expectations or if there is really a problem. 

I used to suspect the audio amp but there is usually plenty of audio when
the AGC is turned off. You commented on the replies you got from others.
Anything noteworthy?
