Follow the written instructions in case of any conflict!!!  In the case of
the ATU, there must be enough height to assure that the control board does
not rest on the relays.

The first thing to be updated/corrected seems to be the words in the manual,
next is the figures and last of all any photos.  It may not be the 'way
things should be', but it is reality - the words are the easiest to change.
If the manual says 2 lockwashers are needed, use 2 when assembling - the
split lockwashers look to be about twice their compressed thickness if
viewed in their uncompressed state.
