[Elecraft] Help needed with KPA100

Thanks Phil,
I have checked all those.  All the voltages are correct on U1 except for pin
25 where I get 0 volts and I believe the chart says it should be 4.9V.  I am
in the process if checking the ribbon cable again.  First time it seemed to
be OK.  I still think its some kind of firmware problem but can't prove it
at this point.  Todd G.
