[Elecraft] popping noise

I have no 8T voltage  on the K2 ctrl brd  at Q1.  I thot Q3 was faulty
and replaced it with no improvement.  However, since I did that, every
time I touch a switch or if a relay cycles there is a very loud pop from
the speaker.  Any one have this problem?
No 2.  My volt/amp display turns on frequently at power up and at other
odd times without touching the display switch. Sometimes have to tap the
swithch 2-3 times to get it to go back to normal.  Any ideas here? and I
