[Elecraft] PA100 part substitution???

My construction manual actually said that the caps in question might be 
marked 15n and 33n, both in the parts list on page 4, and in the 
construction steps where you install them (pages 14 and 15). Presumably 
the n stands for nanofarads (1x10-9 farads). Those are the right parts.
