[Elecraft] K1-4 with KAT1 giving PLO errors

Thanks for the input on this message, Gents.  It looks like I WILL be
packing
an external tuner on the trip next week.  I sure didn't have this problem
with
the 40/20 band module.  Looking foreward to see Wayne's PROM update
on the tuner.
