That sounds a bit abnormal, Ken.  What type of antenna on 15 -- and how 
are you gettting the 1.8:1 value (e.g., antenna analyzer or what)?

I have seen the Plo indication -- but typically when trying to load an 
antenna which is VERY mismatched (like a G5RV on a band where no 
autotuner I have likes it much).  My tri-band beam, which gets as bad as 
2.5:1 at some band edges, gives the KAT1 no problems.
