I think you should be seeing more power.  Try readjusting the bandpass filters
if you haven't done so already.  Make sure T4 is wound with the correct ratio. 
Do you get Hi Cur or does the power just not go as high as you'd like?

Finally (last but not least!): what are you using to measure the output power?
