[Elecraft] extra power cable kits for the K2/100 from Elecraft

In addition to the power cable kit supplied with the KPA100, we will be making
an extra power cable kit (Wire + APP connector set) available in the next week
or so. I apologize for not doing this earlier. Last month was pretty busy with
our move to larger offices and Dayton :^)

It will show up on our order form and price list at that time.
