Folks,

Please refrain from posting requests to end a thread of discussion. That's my
job and I will step in when we feel it is appropriate to do so. Posting these
requests to the list (or directly to individuals) and their subsequent responses
only serves to create more noise on this list. (Sort of like a DX pile up with
local policemen.) If you have a complaint or would like a thread to stop, please
email me directly and I'll step in as needed. Please note though that I will
always err on the side of letting a little more discussion take place instead of
using a heavy hand.

While many of us have been here from the beginning, we also have hundreds of new
members, so it is inevitable and perfectly OK for threads to resurface from time
to time. If we restricted postings to only those topics not covered in our
rather large list archives it would get pretty darn boring here ;^)

Please respond to this posting via direct email to me and not the list.

Now I return you to our regularly scheduled mayhem..
