[Elecraft] KAT1 Problem

Hi Al,

There were some defective PIC controllers shipped on some KAT1's.  Email
Gary and see if he will ship you a replacement.  

There were a group of PIC's that were misprogrammed.  Unfortunately there
were shipped to customers.  I got one and some others have posted similar
notes.

On your second question, Yes.  Although only documented on the errata sheet
for the K1, and not the KAT1, that jumper replaces having to remove R36
when installing the KAT1.
