[Elecraft] K-2 troubleshooting assistance needed

K-2 #2645 is together but I'm in need of some troubleshooting assistance.=

Initial 40M receiving tests went as expected with no problems.  Upon
completing the RF board, resistance checks turned out OK but on power up,=
 it
immediately went into transmit mode.  The display started at ELECRAFT and
then cycled between P and SPD with RF output sproadically reading between
2-3 watts on an external power meter.=0D
=0D
It would seem to indicate a solder bridge or some kind of short, but
repeated examination of all boards with a lighted magnifying glass reveal
nothing out of the ordinary.  Any ideas would be appreciated?=0D
