I have done very well sending an e-mail out on any problems I have had with
any of their kits, be it missing part or builder error. In fact I have yet
to have to resort to the old fashion land line for anything. I am convinced
that on building problems it works very well for me. I just give Gary the
problem - what I have done, what seems wrong and he tells me what else to
check, I tell him the results of that and we go from there. A few
exchanges and the problems are resolved and any parts needed are usually in
the mail within a day.
>I'm not sure which parts Jim is missing and which ones he has. First
>thing would be to do a complete inventory (may have already been done) to
>make sure there is not more than a single bag of
I have to second that, it is a bit embarrassing to say I'm missing some
parts two or three times for the same kit.
Let me add my voice to the choreas and say the group at Elecraft does an
exceptional job of correcting any errors and in customer support.
