[Elecraft] 4 MHz alignment

Question: I aligned C22 in a way so the K2 displays exactly 4.000,00 if
I SPOT the signal.  But the WWV signal is on 9.999,93.  What can I do?
Is the 4MHz XTAL not accurate?
