[Elecraft] 817 audio better than K2?

Not sure what "better" means, but I just did an A-B test of my K2 and my 
817 on the same antenna system and the audio quantity is pretty much 
identical for my two rigs.  Both controls are at 0900 for normal 
listening and I can get speaker rattling audio with each at less than 
full AF setting.
