The clock in my K2 is well within specs, gaining about 0.5 seconds per
day.  I've thought about padding the 33 pF cap in the clock oscillator to
make it even more accurate over the long term, but I decided that an
inexpensive "atomic" clock would suit me better because I wouldn't have
to punch the K2's DISPLAY button whenever I wanted to see the time (and
punch BAND+/BAND- if I wanted to see the GMT date), as well as having to
zero the clock on WWV even if that was only needed every six months or
so.
