[Elecraft] Audio blanking with computer & K2

I would like to pass along an observation I just made with my K2. Upon
hookup to the computer and activating Logic6, it seems that any movement of
the VFO causes a momentary blanking of the reception. This holds true until
I power off and then power back on.  Of course the program has then lost
contact with the radio. Upon reestablishment of the connection, this strange
behavior reappears. If I discontinue Logic, the behavior still persists
until I cycle the power.

Curious ... Any ideas about this ? I'm thinking in terms of computer
interference or feedback of some kind. I'll keep looking into this.
