[Elecraft] 40M/PLL Cal works...

Yup, I had this problem too, about six months ago.  I couldn't figure out
what I was doing wrong -- I just couldn't CAL PLL at all.  Then I remembered
putting in the cap (which didn't help my WAOF problem at all), removed it
and voila - success!

By the way, I'm still open to suggestions about curing my WAOF problem...but
it's not crucial, I don't operate on 7185 anyway (never have and don't see
much of a reason to start).  If that's the price I have to pay for having a
K2, by gum, that's alright by me!
