[Elecraft] Mobile K2 questions

I have been having a great time taking my K2/100 mobile but I have a few
questions.  I am currently just setting the radio in the passengers seat.
This is pretty inconvenient, not to mention dangerous.  I've been just
driving to a location and then running the radio.  How are people mounting
their K2s?  I have a Mercury Mountaineer (nearly identical to the Ford
Explorer) and would like to mount it at the end of the arm rest between the
front seats but don't see an easy way.
