Hi Chuck,
The situation we were trying to avoid was having someone turn on the NB,
then forget that it's on, possibly compromising receiver performance
later under strong-signal conditions. We had to weigh this against the
inconvenience of turning it on each time you power up the K2.
Look at the bright side: you get to test your noise blanker (and your
Blazer's engine) every time you turn on the rig.
