[Elecraft] Low audio on K1 s/n 1253

I've got four Elecraft speakers (basic K2, KPA100, K1 and one other) and 
they all work fine.

Is it possible you overtightened it when you installed it?  That is 
known to cause problems.

In any case, I'm sure Elecraft will be happy to send you a replacement. 
 Just email or phone them.

Mainly -- good it was such an easy fix (vs. having to R&R PCB components 
.. never fun!).
