[Elecraft] Question about K2 tilt stand

The bail is quite rigid and it will appear that something MUST be wrong... 
but it's not.

Some folks have had concerns about HOW to get it secured with the short 
screws supplied. It CAN be accomplished, though there are few 'excess' 
threads available! (At least unless Elecraft is n longer using the same 
length screws they first used. However, if you have real problems, use one 
LONG(er) screw as the first screw in each of the feet. Once the 2nd screw 
has been installed and snugged down, REPLACE the first (longer) screw with 
the one actually intended for the feet and the bail.
