[Elecraft] Calibration with CHU via Spectrogram Software

Greetings,
I've just completed the 40 meter receive tests on my K2 and all is now 
working OK. 
It's time to calibrate the frequency against CHU on 7.335 MHz.  I hear that 
the Spectrogram software works well for such calibration.  A few questions 
follow:

1. Does the K2 goes in CW, USB or LSB mode?
2. What tone is looked for in the Spectrogram? 600 Hz tone?
3. Any other works of advice?
