[Elecraft] K2 Transmit Audio

I worked another new one with the K2 today.  EA6/SP4AOQ only gave me a 55
on 20m SSB today, but he commented that my audio must be "tailored", and
that my audio was so good that otherwise he wouldn't have been able to
pull me through the QRM from the other callers.

The mike I use is a cheap 500-ohm dynamic element from the Mouser
catalog.

The more I use the K2, the more it amazes me.
