Hear, Hear!

No, it wasn't designing circuits or building from scratch, but building my
first kit, my K1, was an experience that I thoroughly enjoyed, don't think
I'll soon forget, I hope to repeat many times, taught me a few lessons, and
has given me the bug too learn more so I CAN design and build my own
circuits, however simple. This experience was also a tremendous therapy for
me, giving me a real sense of accomplishment, along with a much-needed
distraction from the world around me.
