[Elecraft] KB7OEX: problem with KIO2

Tim,
    Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Systems, click on Device
Manager tab, click on Ports, double click on the port you are using,
click on Resources and check the conflicting device panel at the bottom
of the page.  You might have something, like a modem, using the irq in
that port.  Good luck.
