Julian, I doubt very much that the sideband "reversal" can be corrected in
the K2 firmware. I suspect that it is a basic architectural feature of the
design.

Perhaps something could be done in the K2 command structure to "fool" a
control program into accommodating the changeover, but I think that
electrically the sideband situation cannot be changed.
