[Elecraft] Another K2 / MixW problem

Thanks, Chas. I'd assumed that the K2 kept the sideband the same, as it
does in the new RTTY mode. But I admit I hadn't thought that hard about it.
It would actually be nice if the sideband *was* consistent on all bands,
wouldn't it? It would just be a matter of getting the K2 firmware to invert
the sideband on the higher bands.
