[Elecraft] Fw: KIO2...the saga continues

Greetings.....

    First, thank you to all of you who responded to my question about a USB
hookup....I wound up with the expensive Belkin USB serial adapter.

    Now, to get the thing to work!  The software (K2 Remote) does not see
the radio, and I have no voltage on the K2/TX line - Pin 12 on U1.  There is
also nothing on Pins 2,4,and 6 on U1 (the R-IN lines) - should be 0.1 volt.
I have a basic understanding of the circuit, but at this point I am
stuck....what would cause this problem?  Any 'debugging' suggestions would
be appreciated greatly....thanks!!

PS - I can see data sigs across the USB port, so that is working.
