I agree too, George, and I think it was you who proposed this solution on
the MixW reflector which I adapted for use with the K2. In my case, I used
the macro <ALIGN:1200> on the star key on the numeric pad to bring a
selected PSK signal to 1200Hz in the audio passband, where my data mode
filters are peaked. I have a macro on the - key <CATCMD:K22;FW00002;K20;>
to select the narrow filter, and one on the + key <CATCMD:K22;FW00001;K20;>
to select the wide one.

K2 + KIO2 + MixW = a winning combination for data, especially now we have
dedicated K2 support in MixW.
