[Elecraft] Help!

I completed the K1 and everything worked perfectly.  I finally had time
to sit down and make a few contacts, yesterday and noticed that the
frequency was jumping around (a few hundred Hz) intermittently.  This
morning I opened it up, cleaned off the flux and reheated all the solder

joints.

That really fixed it!  Now the there's no noise from the speaker (or
headphones) and no output from the transmitter.  No error messages -
the display and menus work fine.  What a mess!  Any ideas?
