[Elecraft] Scan resume and Fast play

Dear all,

I'm missing something here I think. According to my K2 manual and firmware
manual (K2 manual rev. C, Firmware revision 2 manual rev. A) I should be
able to set up my K2 so that I can do a scan resume and program that into
say PF2. I can't work out how to set up a scan resume at all, let alone
program it into PF2. I should also be able to set up some of my buttons to
play a message from the CW buffers without needing to press MSG first. I can
see how to set up which buttons are selected for fast play; but I can't find
out how to select fast play.

Can some kind elecrafter help me out, 'cos I've looked through the manual
quite carefully, but not found what I'm looking for.
