Now Jerry why would he do that? That's like expecting somone to read the
manual or if they have a question, asking the manufacturer or the person
they purchased from for help. Obviously, Its more fun to "punish" the
"guilty" party by spreading accusations over the Internet than contact
the manufacturer.

I've known Bob Heil for maybe 20 years. He makes superb equipment and he
stands behind everything he produces. If the complainer had placed a
phone call to Heil or to Elecraft, he probably would be a lot closer to
a solution.
