[Elecraft] Paddle Emulator Program

Hello Listmembers,

I'm very happy to say that the paddle emulator program has passed the
"smoke test".

There where no whizz kids involved, it's just a QBasic program running
barefoot on the interpreter of ye olde 486 laptop and a very simple
interface to the keyjack of the K2. Tuning the PC and the K2 was easier
than expected, it took me abt 10 minutes from scratch to get the right
settings. From there on it's simply typing and filling the memories.

I'll post the listing on my website later this evening. I'll try to get
my hand on a compiler to make an .exe file as well.
