[Elecraft] IOC replacement

Always perform a EEPROM initialization if your IOC was bad or blank
originally, and had to be replaced. This is normally done the first time
the K2 is turned ON, but with a bad IOC - it never happened. If you
notice strange operation and odd-looking LCD charactrers, that is a clue
a RESET needs to be done.

Hold down the 4,5,6 buttons during a power-ON, then release them after
about 3 seconds. Then you see INFO 201 for about 10 seconds, and the
relays will then reset with a click, and all defaults will be restored.
Of course, the rig's memories will be cleared, CAL FIL and CAL PLL will
need to be done again. So it is a good idea to record the CAL FIL BFO
settings somewhere for reference.
