[Elecraft] CW memories solved ?

Thanks to Jon EA2SN I think I found a solution for "paddle-less" memory
programming:

I'll have one of the apprentices at my qrl prove that he's is the
wizzkid he says he is by letting him develop a small program that
outputs the dash/dot contacts on two pins of either a com or lpt port of
a pc.

This should allow me to type in a textstring and fill the K1/2 memories
with messages. If the pc speed is fixed at say 15 wpm, adjusting the Tx
speed of the K's would take care of the timing wouldn't it ?
