But again you people at Elecraft surprise us with your willingness to
support us the users without charging a horrendous amount! Beside your
excellent products, this must be one of the main reasons why hams all
over the world love to deal with Elecraft.

It sounds like he may be interpreting the rules more restrictively than
necessary, but if there is a demand for a special 'M3' version of IOC
chip, we can do it.
