Not only TX but RX is also only allowed in ham bands!! :-\

Here in EA if you ARE a ham you have much laws that if you aren't... you can 
buy a scanner (a whole frec RX) and there isn't any problem but you cannot 
use it as a ham... stupid isn't it? :-?
