Well, here in Spain if you want to "legalize" your K2, you have to carry it 
to the Telecommunicacion office for testing.
If the K2 does transmit or receive outside the amateur bands... you won't be 
able to include your rig in yor licence :-\
That is the way the law is in Spain.... and it is not the worst thing :-(
