[Elecraft] K2/100 - external PA outside USA

We plan to offer the KAT100 both in its own enclosure and as a board that will
fit in the bottom of the EC2 so you can combine it with your other projects. It
will communicate with the K2 via the KIO2 in the K2 (or via the built in KIO2 in
the K2/100). 

The cable coming from the K2 will split 2 ways: One for the RS-232 and one for
the external KAT100. That's the way we planned it from the beginning.
