[Elecraft] K2/100 - external PA outside USA

Hi to all of you,
knowing that FCC doesn't allow external PAs in the US, we don't face this 
problem in Germany. 

Will it be possible, may be after a modificarion, to install the PA into an 
EC2? 
Maybe the FCC could be satisfied if a specific controlling cable between K2 
and KPA100 is required in order to operate the PA

My idea is to set up a sort of K-Line with the original K2, the PA in an EC2 
and a power supply in another EC2
