[Elecraft] K2/100... Estimated Cost?

As we've noted for some time, there is no room inside for a separate KIO2 board
when the 100W option is installed, so we included it on the 100W option PCB. We
are pretty much including it without increasing the K2/100 option price. 

Of course your existing KIO2 is also useful if you reconfigure your K2 to 10W
and need serial control. It also provides additional external signals for
control of other devices like external ATU's and hopefully an 'AUX Box' band
decoder.
